Dr. Ali Nagem
Dr. Ali Nagem is a Public Health Consultant, Medical Communications expert, Keynote Speaker and Leadership Coach with over 24 years’ experience leading teams involved in direct medical interventions, building healthcare systems, providing advisory and transforming medical communications for government and private organizations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Dr. Ali has worked as a Medical Director and Health Educator in Dubai, Sweden and Palestine; Deputy Director, WHO project, Ministry of Health – Gaza; and founded Nagem Dental, Diet & Laser Centers in the UAE, Sweden and Palestine. He has significant exposure as an educator, planner and consultant in Public Health communication, management and promotion.
Early in his career and interaction with colleagues in the medical field, Dr. Ali Nagem discovered a communications gap and created his signature content to help health executives and practitioners interact better and retain patronage from patients. He has delivered keynote speeches, organized seminars and coaches health facility directors, doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other personnel.
Dr Ali. Nagem has degrees and certifications from the Universities of Stanford, Stockholm, Lund, Malmo and Odessa.
He has a PhD in Public Health focused on Prevention of Periodontium Diseases; Master’s in Odontology Public Health and International Public Health; Educator for Health Teams In ‘Chronic Diseases Self-Management: Self-Management Chronic Diseases Concepts; certified by the Swedish Dental Board and various other certifications as an educator and public health consultant. He is an expert on Health policy formulation, Health promotion – action and education, global patterns of health problems and effective management. He speaks and writes in four languages: Swedish, Arabic, French and English.
